Self-Service Kiosk Point of Sale (SKPOS): An intuitive, large-format touchscreen interface was developed, allowing customers to easily browse the full menu, view high-resolution product images, and customize their orders with unprecedented detail. Comprehensive Backend Management Portal: A powerful, intuitive administrative portal provided Tim Hortons management with a single pane of glass for all operations. This includes real-time sales data from every channel, inventory tracking, detailed reporting, remote kiosk monitoring, and dynamic content updates for menu boards, enabling data-driven decision-making.
