We fully support the aims of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and are committed to taking the necessary steps to ensure that slavery and human trafficking do not exist within our organisation or supply chains.

This policy applies to:

• All employees, contractors, and temporary staff working for or on behalf of Netech IT Solutions Ltd.
• All suppliers, vendors, partners, and third-party service providers engaged with our business.

• Digital Transformation
• Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps Support
• Managed IT Services

We operate primarily in the United Kingdom and partner with reputable providers who share our ethical values.

We are committed to:

• Preventing any form of modern slavery or human trafficking in our operations.
• Conducting due diligence on suppliers to ensure compliance with anti-slavery legislation.
• Reviewing our supply chain practices where there is a risk of unethical labour practices.
• Raising awareness internally to ensure all employees understand the risks and signs of modern slavery.

Our suppliers are expected to:

• Operate ethically and in full compliance with local labour laws and international human rights standards.
• Not engage in, or support, forced or involuntary labour or human trafficking.
• Notify us immediately if they become aware of any breach related to modern slavery within their operations.

We reserve the right to terminate any contract with immediate effect if there is evidence of non-compliance with this policy.

All employees must:

• Be aware of the signs of modern slavery and report any concerns.
• Comply with this policy and attend training where applicable.
• Notify management or a designated contact point if they suspect any unethical practices in the business or supply chain.

We encourage all staff, suppliers, and partners to report concerns or suspicions of slavery or human trafficking. Reports can be made confidentially via:
